Reservation requests can be made anywhere from 3 months prior to the departure date to 12:00 on the day before the departure date. ※Reservations for the following day are not accepted after 12:00.
We will be sent an automatic confirmation e-mail and an additional e-mail to confirm your reservation.
Please set up permission to receive e-mails from the [setonaikaikisen.co.jp] domain.
If you cannot receive the automatic confirmation e-mail, it may be due to your junk mail filter or other settings preventing you from receiving it.
Please note that we are not responsible for e-mails that are undelivered due to the recipient’s settings or other reasons.
The automatic confirmation e-mail that we send is not an e-mail confirmation of your reservation.
The reservation confirmation e-mail will be sent to you either on the day that your reservation request was made, or the following day.
*Reservation requests made after 16:00 will receive replies the following day.
*If you do not receive the reservation confirmation e-mail within 2 days of submitting your reservation request, please contact us by phone.
Please note that reservations are subject to availability, and that we may not be able to meet your requests.
