Super Jet Online Reservation Conditions

Reservation requests can be made anywhere from 3 months prior to the departure date to 17:00 on the day before the departure date.
※Reservations for the following day are not accepted after 17:00.
You will be sent an automatic confirmation e-mail and an additional e-mail to confirm your reservation.
Please set up permission to receive e-mails from the [setonaikaikisen.co.jp] domain.
If you do not receive the automatic confirmation e-mail, it may be due to your junk mail filter or other settings preventing you from receiving it.
Please note that we are not responsible for e-mails that are undelivered due to the recipient’s settings or other reasons.
The automatic confirmation e-mail that we send is not an e-mail confirmation of your reservation.
We will send an e-mail including a “Reservation Number” to confirm your reservation.
The reservation confirmation e-mail will be sent to you either on the day that your reservation request was made, or the following day.
*Reservation requests made after 17:00 will receive replies the following day.
*If you do not receive the reservation confirmation e-mail within 2 days of submitting your reservation request, please contact us by phone.
Please note that reservations are subject to availability, and that we may not be able to meet your requests.
To confirm, cancel, or change your reservation, please send message to info@setonaikaikisen.co.jp
*Please contact us to make any changes or cancellations to your reservation no later than 1 hour before your scheduled departure time.
(When boarding at Kure Port, please contact us no later than 1 hour before the starting departure time of your vessel.)
