■ For safety reasons, an unaccompanied child may not board the final cruise of the day, neither is an unaccompanied preschooler allowed to board alone.
■ An unaccompanied child cannot board when there is no parent/guardian to pick him/her up at the port of arrival.
■ An unaccompanied child who is in 1st through 3rd grade of elementary school must have a consent form from his/her parent/guardian.

Steps to Take Before Boarding
STEP 1 Reservations
Please make reservations either by the e-mail reservation form. Persons without a reservation may board on the day of passage on a first-come, first-served basis.
*Reservations by e-mail reservation form can be made up to 17:00 the day before departure.
*To change or cancel a reservation, please send by e-mail at least 1 hour prior to departure. (info@setonaikaikisen.co.jp)
*When boarding at Kure Port, send mail at least 1 hour prior to departing Hiroshima Port.
STEP 2 Check-in Procedure (on the day of passage)
Persons who have purchased a voucher in advance must also check in.
In addition, please check in as early as possible since the pier (boarding site) is located some distance away at each port. Please note that if you cannot board by the scheduled departure time, you will be unable to board the ship.
■ Hiroshima Port
Check-in begins 30 min. prior to departure, and boarding 10 min. prior. Please complete the check-in procedure before boarding begins.
■ Kure Port
Check-in begins 30 min. prior to departure, and boarding begins as soon as the ship arrives. Please complete the check-in procedure at least 10 min. prior to departure and proceed to the pier.
■ Matsuyama Kanko Port
Check-in begins 50 min. prior to departure, and boarding 10 min. prior. Please complete the check-in procedure before boarding begins.
STEP 3 Payment (on the day of passage)
Please pay at the ticket counter on the day of passage. Payments cannot be made in advance.
*Some items can only be paid for in cash, such as connecting tickets. Please inquire for details.
